Returns and refunds

Here at Handcrafted by Outlaw Built we have a very fair return policy. For all in stock available items that are not personalized, they can be returned within the first 10 days of receiving your item at the buyers cost for return shipping with a full return of your price of purchase. Any personalized or custom built orders unfortunately cannot be returned with a full refund but we do offer an in shop coupon so we can find the perfect piece for you! You work with us and we for sure will work with you to solve any type of issue if there ever is one!
